📦 Shipping
What are the shipping costs?
Free shipping within the Netherlands on orders over €35. For orders up to €35, is €2,99. For Belgium: €9,99. For other European countries: see rates at checkout.
What is the delivery time?
Orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM are shipped the same day. Delivery within the Netherlands takes 1–2 business days. Belgium and other EU countries: 2–5 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a track & trace code. You can also track your order via our Track Your Order page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, and most EU countries. Rates and delivery times are shown automatically at checkout.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 30-day return period after receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging. Register your return via our return page.
Who pays the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless you received a defective or incorrect product.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes! Register a return for the incorrect size and place a new order for the correct size. This way you'll receive the right item as quickly as possible.

What size do I need?
Check our size guide on each product page. Measure your waist and hips and compare them to the size chart. In doubt? Feel free to contact us — we're happy to help!
How do the leggings fit?
Our leggings have a high-waist fit that offers support and comfort. The fabric is stretchy and shape-retaining, for a flattering fit during every workout.
What is the material?
Our sportswear is made from high-quality nylon and spandex. This makes it breathable, quick-drying, and squat-proof.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, Klarna (pay later or in 3 installments), Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Bancontact and more. All options are shown at checkout.
Is payment secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Shopify Payments with SSL encryption. Your data is fully protected.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can also check out as a guest. However, an account gives you benefits: view order history, faster checkout, and exclusive offers.
🎁 Discounts & Bundles
How do I use a discount code?
Add products to your cart and go to checkout. At checkout, you'll see a field labeled "Discount code or gift card" where you can enter your code.
Is there a welcome discount?
Yes — new customers receive 10% off with code FUERZA10 on their first order. You can also find the code in the announcement bar at the top of the site.
How much discount is on the Training Sets?
Our complete Training Sets (legging + sports bra) are offered with a 10% discount compared to buying the items separately. The ideal way to start your Fuerza collection!
🧲 Care Instructions
How do I wash my Fuerza items?
For the longest lifespan of your sportswear:
- Wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle
- Turn inside out before washing
- Do not use fabric softener
- Do not tumble dry — hang to air dry
- Do not iron
❓ Other
Can I still modify my order?
Have you just placed your order? Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to adjust it. Once the order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.
I received the wrong product. What now?
We're sorry about that! Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the product you received. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
